Chris Walker

VP of Operations

Chris joined Praxent in August 2013. After several years of experience in the hotel and tourism industry, Chris brings a unique sense of service and hospitality to the Praxent team. Running, reading, and teaching English-as-a-Second-Language courses are passions for which Chris loves making time. And when he’s not at home in South Austin he’s traveling around the world with his wife, Fabi.
Chris leads the charge in implementing robust development processes that turn execution into a science and thrives on helping tech leaders build bulletproof delivery processes.

Chris is one of the creators of CanDone.OS—an operating model built for software development teams that increases visibility into project risk, clarifies role expectations, and improves team feedback and morale.
