Our engineers ship with agentic dev workflows in production. Our designers, PMs, and delivery leads use AI to compress research cycles, accelerate iteration, and spend their time on the parts of the work that need human judgment. Our forward deployed teams take that same posture into the field, embedded inside client environments where AI helps them move fast and the constraints are unforgiving. We’ve shipped AI features into client products, and we’ve shipped internal AI systems that changed how we hire, scope, and run accounts.

Our engineers run agentic dev workflows on roughly half of active client engagements. We expect every Praxent employee to be a fluent, opinionated user of AI tools. Partly because the work demands it, but mostly because the people we want to work with are already curious about how AI is changing their craft.
We don’t believe AI replaces human judgment in client work. We don’t ship AI-generated code, designs, or recommendations without a human owner. We’re excited about teams that use AI to think about more things, faster, and we expect a person to stand behind every decision that reaches a client.
